When exactly the market crashes?

While everybody started to talk about economic crisis and market crash since years ago, there are various forecast predictions based on sign symptoms of potential market collapse, and some mentioned the cycle happen for every ten years, and this time will be huge strongest impact on economic recession, etc. Be it the last round of significant dramatic decline was happened at year 2008 and they called it "Panic of 2008". Many may realize the financial crisis can be relate to the disaster doomsday, global economic downturns, impact of paper wealth, debts, unemployment, bank failures, etc. Meanwhile some has waited long enough for the opportunities as the future winners to take advantage of it. Besides, there are also some optimistic minded says it won't happen for short run, it's still on continuous growth. So happen it's the 10th year after the last crisis happened, so the question is, what do the forecasters/ experts say? And when is the exact moment will it happen for the end of the bull?

We've been read and search around for more solid answers and forecast of which season, which months of the year, etc., from multiple sources from internet.

1) Joerg Angele, senior economist for Raiffeisen Bank International

"By the middle of 2019 or so, the U.S. economy will probably be in a sharp slowdown, and perhaps even a recession"
